Rhonda’s Aftercare’s website faced challenges with slow page load speeds and a design that didn’t effectively guide visitors to their desired destinations. The outdated design didn’t align with their vision of engaging families and patients or helping them find the care they needed.
My role was to revitalize the design, reimagine the user experience, and create a seamless journey for users. This included guiding visitors to contact Rhonda’s Aftercare, apply for jobs, or navigate from links shared on social media and QR codes.
